From the South – November 2023

Greetings from the South!
For our November dinner, we will be treated to a festive meal sure to conjure up those warm autumnal memories of the Thanksgiving holiday. Our magnificent chef, Paul Stanislaw, will be providing the following menu:
** Winter Salad
** Roasted Turkey Dinner
** Pumpkin Pie and Whipped Cream
Dinner begins with a fresh and nourishing winter salad complete with crisp baby greens, sweet and tangy apples, crunchy pepitas, and pickled sweet peppers. The salad adds a refreshing touch with a zesty apple cider vinaigrette.
The main dish will feature a classic and comforting dinner featuring juicy roasted turkey served with creamy mashed potatoes and rich turkey gravy. A side of tender green beans and warm dinner rolls with butter complement the main course.
Rich and decadent pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream (optional) will be served for dessert. Enjoy a slice with a cup of coffee!
