From the East – March 2019

Brethren,

There is a few things happening this month, 1, RWB Jim Akers District Deputy will be joining us for his Official visit, so if you can, please come and join us. The second thing that will be happening is, the Lodge Officers will be serving dinner. My plan is to make the month of March, “Bethel Appreciation Month”. I would like to set up a table, put these young ladies in the front and tell them how much we appreciate their hard work. The least we as Mason’s can do is say THANK YOU.

Think about this for 1 second, if these young ladies continue in their fraternity and they marry non Masons, one day their husbands could become Mason’s. (Happy wife is a Happy Life). Let’s never forget that while we are wanting to recruit new members for our Lodge; right behind us are all these youth groups that need our support. If we do not support, compliment or groom them into becoming Mason’s or young ladies who will one day may be married to a Mason. We will again have let these folks slip through or fingers. Just remember why God gave us a memory and eyes in the front of our head, so we can remember the past and look toward the FUTURE!!

I would like to invite you to come to the Job’s Daughter’s meeting on March 12th at 7 pm. It is the official visit of the Grand Guardian and her Entourage. Where? Washington Lodge #46
