From the East – October 2017

Fraternal Greetings,

October, wow! Where has this year gone? As this year begins to close, our work is gratefully increasing. We will be hearing an FC Proficiency and scheduling an MM degree for Travis Teague, balloting on Omar Elizalde for Affiliation, and opening the lodge to our ladies and guests to hear speakers from KATU News, Steve Dunn and Deborah Knapp.

Last month in lodge we celebrated our Past Masters and Honored our Widows. It was great to see our Past Masters, Ladies and guests who do not get to normally attend. We also discussed sending a donation to the relief of the devastation due to the Florida hurricane. Since then, Puerto Rico has been hammered as well. I am proud to say that our lodge has donated to the relief of both.

Our November Stated we will hold our Election of Officers for 2018. We will also be presenting Gerald Risberg his 65- year certificate. Hope to see you all there.
