From the Treasurer’s Vault – September 2018
This month from the Treasurers Vault is more than talking about money, it is about the value we have as brothers to earn greater riches for ourselves and to our fellow brothers, and it is the reward in your treasure chest of visitation. As many of you know we have several brothers who are unable to join us for lodge or lodge activities. Here are two brothers that I know about who are in Assisted Living facilities, and they would greatly enjoy your company.
Brother Al Johnson is in the Cherry Blossom Cottage at 11177 SE Cherry Blossom Dr, Portland, OR 97216. Al would enjoy your company for a few minutes or as much time as you can spare.
Brother Bill Mars is in the Gilman Park Assisted Living Center at 2205 Gilman Park, Room 224, Oregon City, OR 97045. Bill has a great gift of gab and will happily talk with you for quite some time.
If you know of other brothers in like circumstances let the lodge know or go see our brother, I am sure he will greatly enjoy the visit.
Remember Brotherly Love is a Cornerstone of our Fraternity and visitations continues to spread the cement that bonds us together and is stronger than all the money on earth.
