December News from Job’s Daughters
Hello Job’s Daughter Friends,
The Jobies had a fun and busy November. Three attended the Leadership Camp in Turner, Oregon where they had an opportunity to learn with Daughters from around the state. Two daughters assisted Bethel 19 in the ceremony of initiation. Bethel 67 joined other Oregon Job’s Daughters to help with the Al Kadar Shriner’s Christmas Party where hundreds of people from the community came to see Santa and his reindeer.
We have been holding stated meetings with Bethels 1 and 4 in order that our small numbers can have the opportunity to experience a fuller Bethel. Their social meeting was a game night. The girls played giant Yahtzee, ring toss, and other group mixers.
December 9 at 2:00 we will join Bethel 1 at Cornerstone Lodge to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Job’s Daughters in Oregon. This is an open meeting and all who want to share in this celebration are invited to come join us.
Bethel 67 is anxious to invite developing young ladies into our group. If you know a girl about 10 years or older please contact us so we can invite them to our social events. We have two girls who are interested in becoming a member and look forward to increasing our numbers.
We wish you all a joyous Holiday Season and Happy New Year
