From the East – November 2017
November brings us Thanksgiving and Veterans Day; a time for us to express our gratitude to our veterans and be thankful the blessings we have in our lives. I, for one, am grateful for my Brethren, thankful to my countrymen for my freedoms and to those Hops and Grains which combine to make my Beers.
This month, we will have elections for our officers for 2018. It truly has been an honor to serve Washington 46. We will also be conferring an MM Degree on Travis Teague Nov 15th @ 7:00 P.M. Hope all Master Masons can make this special occasion. Our Brethren only get raised once.
Next month, we will celebrate Christmas with the Dickens Carolers at a special program for our families, friends and neighbors. As usual, we will go to Refreshment and invite our Ladies and guests into the lodge. Be sure to invite them!!! On December 27th we will be celebrating Saint John’s day at the Lodge
Other Important Upcoming Dates:
- Dec. 2nd – The Annual Poinsettia Breakfast from 8:00 – 12(ish). Cost is $6.00
