Master’s Message – April 2017

Happy Spring Brethren,

As you may recall, our last Stated meeting we presented three Brethren with Life Memberships. There was a fourth, but the recipient was unable to make it to lodge. So MWB Don Stapleton, WB Larry Harmon and I visited him at his home and presented WB Jerrold L. Larson with his Life Membership and his 60 year pin – that’s right, 60 years. This brother has been a Mason for longer than I have been alive. The picture is of his lovely wife Marcella pinning on his 60 year jewel.

For our April stated meeting, we will be fortunate to have WB Jeff Crowder from Research Lodge give us a lecture.

We should have our Masonic Flooring project completed very soon, as well as the purchase of new chairs for our dining room.

It is with great pleasure and pride to let everyone know that Bethel 67 has done it again. Miss Delanie Crabtree is expected to be the new Grand Bethel Honor Queen this June. Be sure to congratulate her at our next dinner. I said that Bethel 67 “has done it again” as the Immediate Past Grand Bethel Honor Queen is our own Kendra Young.

Upcoming in our May Stated, we will have the pleasure of hosting our Grand Master MWB Arthur L. Borland for our Official Visit. We will also be entertained by High Tide NW, a gal’s quartet.
