Building Board Report – April 2022

Dear Brothers and Sisters of Washington Masonic Center

I followed up with the door company. The final door quote is dependent upon the manufacturer receiving the materials. So, we’re just waiting on that. Dennis found out that Lifetime Windows and Doors doesn’t do commercial doors, though they will do commercial windows.

The new security cameras will be installed on April 21st and 22nd. I’m still looking for someone to open the lodge for the installers on April 21st.

Siding has been replaced on the south side of the building in preparation of the mural going up. Work on the mural should start on April 1th if not sooner and last 1-2 weeks.

The exterior lights being off their timer is an issue that will probably require new lights switches to be installed. I’ll keep you posted.
