The Front Page – May 2020

Our Lodge is not so very different from many others in regard to declining membership. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we had planned renewed attempts to be more active in the community with a view to increasing interest in the Lodge. We still hope to carry out those plans this year if it proves safe to do so. However, we need to be careful not to forget about our current membership; especially those who do not attend very often. We need to show that we value their experience and years of service and try to bring them back into the fold.

So, the questions I pose to you is: “How do you maintain connections?” “How do you stay in contact with people you do not see on a regular basis?” If you have ways to do this and you think the Lodge can benefit from your ideas, please let us know.
