Inspiration

It has been over 100 years since we have experienced anything like a pandemic. Remember, only complete isolation can insure safety. At this point scientists don’t even know how the virus acts or mutates. Don’t risk contamination. Stay Safe.

You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside…You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.
