Job's Daughters

November News from Bethel 67

October was a learning month and a helping month. We attended leadership camp at Camp Wi-ne-mah north of Lincoln City. Much learning and great fun was had by all. Our Bethel has helped with filling offices for four different Bethels during the month of October. It is always good to help our sisters and share in initiations with them.

Bethel Bethel 67 along with Bethel 4 at Kenton Lodge will be hosting the Supreme Guardian, Associates Supreme Guardian, Supreme Bethel Honored Queen and the Miss international Job’s daughter, our own Kayleigh Pearson from Salem during their official visit to Oregon. For this event we are planning fun and games with a “There is no place like home” theme. There will be a red shoe fashion show, pineapple bowling, Wizard of Oz trivia and much more. During the day, our adults will be showing these visitors who hail from Kansas, Ohio, Australia and Salem the sights of the Columbia Gorge.

Our Bethel Guardian has been out of state for two months and will be home in time for this event and to coordinate the serving dinner at Washington Lodge. We look forward to having her back and keeping us on track.

Thank you for keeping us in you thoughts.
