From the South – February 2018
Greetings, Brethren.
The officers of Washington Lodge #46 have been trying to come up with some viable ideas for more lodge fellowship. If you have any ideas for fun social activities that we can partake in to enjoy each other’s company, please let the Worshipful Master, or any of the officers know. These activities can either be at the Lodge, or outside of the Lodge. We are open to ideas that include our families, as well as ideas that are just for the brethren.
Since our Marshal and his lovely wife, Leeann will be out of town for our February Stated Meeting, Leeann was kind enough to set up a “guest chef” for our February dinner. I would like to personally thank her, as this saved me the hassle of finding a replacement chef. I would also like to thank Kathy (the Cook filling in for Leeann) for stepping up and agreeing to help us out for the month of February. The menu that Kathy has graciously offered to prepare for us is as follows:
- Green Salad (with ranch dressing)
- Meatloaf
- Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
- Veggies
- Special Surprise Dessert
I hope to see you all at the February Stated Meeting on Valentine’s Day!
