Corned Beef & Cabbage

Junior Warden’s Message – March 2017

Brethren,

Last month to celebrate widows and sweethearts, we had a young lady sing. She did a fabulous job. If you saw this performance, I am sure you enjoyed it; and if you didn’t, I am sure you would of enjoyed it immensely.

If you can make our next Stated meeting I would really appreciate it, if not for anything less than camaraderie, at least we can break bread and catch up in LIFE.

In my Opinion we are starting to do GREAT things, but like all Fraternal Organizations it is a slow process being that we only meet once a month, but remember if you want to see change, you do have to be there to voice your opinion. So join us and let’s start to make GREAT things together. There is no opinion that is wrong but if it isn’t heard, we will never KNOW.

Stated Meeting: March 8th 2017
Dinner, 630pm – Meeting 730pm Stated Dinner
Menu: Traditional Irish Dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage with Lemon Meringue Pie for dessert.

Spring Fever

Four high school boys afflicted with spring fever skipped morning classes. After lunch they reported to the Teacher that they had a flat.

Much to their relief she smiled and said, “Well, you missed a test today so take your seats apart from one another and take out a piece of paper.”

Still smiling, she waited for them to sit down. Then she said: “first question: Which tire was flat?”
