Beaverton Masonic Lodge

From the East – March 2017

Brethren,

As we head into our March Dinner and Stated meeting, I am excited to share that WB Dan Gray from Research Lodge No. 198 will give a brief lecture on “How Beaverton No. 100 was taught a lesson in Masonic Law (and lost their Charter) in 1908”.

We will also be honoring four of our Brethren who will be receiving their Life Memberships – Victor Schmidt, Joe Kaufman, Norman Williams, and Jason Pompei. They will be honored in Open Lodge, so be sure to bring your significant others and guests.

Please join us in the dining room directly after our stated meeting for dessert, coffee, and a raffle. It will be a great time to build on our fellowship and explore any ideas you would like to see for the lodge.

Be sure to congratulate WB Gary Ball as our newly appointed Grand Treasurer of the Grand Lodge of Masons in Oregon and MWB Don Stapleton on being elected to the Board of Directors of the George Washington Masonic National Memorial.

Upcoming dates:

  • March 8th Dinner (6:30pm) and Stated (7:30pm)
  • March 22nd Burgerville – 92nd and Powell from 5pm-8pm Fundraiser
  • April 11th Dinner (6:30pm) and Stated (7:30pm). We will have a special speaker.
